  1、材料:白面500克。水300克,食油100克,精鹽5克。

  2、做法:倒入盆内,加水和起(四季均用熱水),用棒子攪勻,放在案闆上稍揉後揪10個劑子,逐個用擀杖擀開刷上油,撒上精鹽和面撲卷起盤旋,再擀成直徑約12厘米的大圓餅,兩面刷上油,在鏊上翻烙成金黃色即成。
