  1、材料:新鮮椰子肉半個,冰糖300g,水375g。

  2、椰子肉切片,可薄可厚,厚點有嚼頭,薄點會很脆。

  3、在炒鍋裡加水,把冰糖煮溶。

  4、再加切好的椰子片入鍋中,和糖水一起炒,中火炒到水開始冒大泡泡,變稠;這時椰油也炒出來了,超級香。

  5、最後看到鍋邊有糖析出,關小火不斷炒,直到椰片變幹爽,這時糖的香味也出來了,出鍋即可。
