  1、直立交替踢腿,練習者直立站立,雙手掌心朝前并攏伸直舉起,然後雙腳勾腳尖交替踢起的同時,彎腰并讓手心去碰腳尖。

  2、左右交替體側屈,練習者雙腳開立寬于肩站立,雙手貼緊身體兩側,然後交替左右體側屈。體側屈的時候要求手臂貼着身體兩側移動。

  3、直立左右轉體,練習者雙腳寬于肩站立,雙手曲肘擡起放于胸前,然後左右交替。

  4、左右交替提膝,練習者雙腳寬于肩站立,雙手抱頭肘打開,然後雙腳交替側提膝的同時讓肘碰膝蓋。
