  1、食材:枇杷500g、白糖适量;

  2、枇杷去柄去籽去内膜,洗淨控水一兩個小時。

  3、把控水好的枇杷果肉加糖,鹽,放入密封桶中腌制3天後,糖都融化啦,果汁都冒出來啦,枇杷肉呈半幹狀态,可以撈出。

  4、撒糖幹炒,不間斷攪拌,平鋪放烤盤烘幹一會,收汁讓蜜餞更Q一點。

  5、最後裝罐密封起來就可以了。
