  1、材料:雞蛋、蔥花。

  2、取鮑魚盤一隻,在盤底抹上少許油,打雞蛋5個于其盤上;

  3、在雞蛋的上面,均勻的撒上鹽,花椒面(喜歡吃辣的話,再撒上點細辣椒粉)

  4、蒸鍋燒開水,水開的時候,将鮑魚盤放入屜上,找一盤子為蓋,蓋在鮑魚盤上(這樣做是為了不讓蒸氣水進去)

  5、蓋上蒸鍋蓋,中火蒸,4分鐘即好。
