  1、材料:隔年老鴨、筍幹、陳年火腿、野山粽葉、煲鴨藥料、高湯、蔥、姜、精鹽、味精、黃酒等。

  2、将老鴨宰好、煺淨,放入沸水鍋焯去血污,挖掉鴨臊,洗淨。

  3、将粽葉、老鴨、筍幹、火腿放入砂鍋,加入蔥、姜、黃酒、高湯、老鴨原湯、藥料包,用文火炖4—5小時,揀去粽葉、蔥、姜,用精鹽、味精調好味即可。
