  1、将黑木耳用冷水泡發,變軟後冼淨。

  2、鍋中倒入清水,煮開,放入木耳,焯燙後撈出備用。

  3、瀝幹木耳,大蒜切碎。

  4、起油鍋,放入少量植物油,下大蒜爆香。

  5、加入2勺剁椒醬翻拌均勻。

  6、将生抽、香醋等調味料加入木耳中拌勻。

  7、将爆香的大蒜和剁椒澆在木耳上拌勻。

  8、最後放上兩小勺麻油即可。
