  1、蔥姜切絲備用,土豆切為滾刀塊。排骨用水泡半小時泡出血水。

  2、油八成熱放入冰糖,融化後,放入蔥姜和花椒大料,蔥變色後放入排骨翻炒。

  3、排骨上色後,放入水,水沒過排骨,水開後小火炖十幾分鐘,放入土豆,此時如水沒有沒過土豆需要添水,水開後小火炖。放鹽,二十分鐘土豆爛了後出鍋即可。
