  1、食材:蒿子粑粑4個,米酒1碗,雞蛋1個,糖桂花1大勺。

  2、蒿子粑粑切小粒,雞蛋打散、過篩。

  3、鍋中加入适量清水,燒開,放入切碎的蒿子粑粑。

  4、煮5分鐘左右,倒入米酒。

  5、攪勻後倒入蛋液,迅速用筷子攪散成蛋花。

  6、小火煮至再次沸騰,關火,盛出,加糖桂花即可,甜粑粑就做好了。
