  1、2-3人份調味料:鹽适量、瘦肉200克、蘋果1個、雪耳半個、胡蘿蔔半根、黑棗2個、水4碗。

  2、雪耳浸泡至軟,撕去蒂部的黃色部分,再撕成大小适中的塊狀;

  3、打濕蘋果,用适量鹽揉搓片刻,洗淨;切成6瓣,去芯;

  4、胡蘿蔔洗淨,切塊;黑棗沖淨;

  5、瘦肉洗淨,切塊,氽水撈起;

  6、煮沸清水,倒入炖盅,放入所有材料,隔水炖兩個小時,下鹽調味即可食用。
