  1、主料:低筋面粉200克;

  2、輔料:泡打粉3克、蘇打粉2克;

  3、調料:白糖50克、水90毫升、白芝麻20克、植物油适量;

  4、做法;

  (1)将水倒入鍋中加熱,放入白糖與10毫升植物油,待白糖融化後倒出晾涼;

  (2)将低筋面粉、小蘇打、泡打粉,放入盆中混合,過篩;

  (3)将晾涼的糖水倒入面粉中,拌勻;

  (4)揉成面團,蓋上濕紗布饧20分鐘;

  (5)将面團揉搓成長條,再分成小劑子,搓成小圓球;

  (6)将小圓球放入白芝麻中滾動,待其表面粘滿芝麻後再揉搓幾下,使芝麻粘得更牢固一些,然後再蓋上濕紗布稍饧一下;

  (7)鍋内放适量的油,燒至表面有少量白煙冒出,轉小火,下入笑口棗生胚,小火慢炸至生胚裂口,待裂口大開後再将火轉大,炸至金黃香酥後撈出瀝油晾涼即可。
