  1、用料:蝦、鮮露(生抽)料酒,白糖,姜,蔥。

  2、将蝦清洗幹淨剪掉須腳,用牙簽剔掉蝦的泥腸。

  3、鍋燒熱倒油放入蝦大火炸至蝦變熟。

  4、炸好的蝦撈出備用。

  5、鍋内留少許油放入姜末爆香。

  6、倒入炸好的蝦快炒,倒入料酒和白糖。

  7、再倒入生抽(鮮露)快速翻炒出鍋撒上蔥花即可。
