  1、牛肉洗淨,切0.5厘米長方形厚片。陳皮切條狀,蔥洗淨、切長段,姜去皮、切絲。

  2、鍋中倒1杯 油燒熱,放入牛肉片小火炸至肉片幹酥,撈出。

  3、倒出炸油,鍋中留1小匙油燒熱,爆香幹辣椒,加入陳皮炒香,再加入蔥、姜炒勻。

  4、最後加入 牛肉片、八角和A料,小火焖燒至湯汁收幹即可盛出。
