1、把桑椹清洗幹淨，用洗的水可以洗頭發。
2、淡鹽水浸泡具體方法是：先接一盆清水，再往清水裡加适量的食鹽，攪拌均勻成淡鹽水，再将桑葚放進去，浸泡十分鐘左右，然後撈出來，撈出來的桑葚再用流動水沖洗幹淨就可以了。
