  煙熏臘肉清洗處理小妙招:

  1、堿面

  先将煙熏臘肉用熱水打濕,然後抹上适量食用堿面,仔細搓洗。

  2、鹽水

  泡煙熏臘肉前,先往溫水中加一匙子食鹽。然後把熏肉放溫水中泡半小時到兩小時,越鹹的熏肉泡的時間越長一點,這樣才可以去掉鹹味。
