夏枯草煲鲗魚做法

1、魚尾洗幹淨,夏枯草,棉茵陳洗幹淨。

2、紅蘿蔔,瘦肉切小塊,小許油下鍋加姜片将魚煎至微微金黃色夏枯草魚湯的做法,然後加上水煮10分鐘成乳白色湯。

3、将所有材料放入煲内,再加上剛才的乳白色的湯煲45分鐘,加鹽就可以飲用了。
