熏肉炒大蒜的方法

　　1、主料：熏肉适量，大蒜适量，洋蔥适量。

　　2、把熏肉放水裡煮熟。

　　3、将煮熟的熏肉切成小塊。

　　4、熱油下鍋翻炒，加大蒜炒香。

　　5、加入大蒜、洋蔥翻炒至洋蔥變色加适量的鹽繼續翻炒一分鐘。

　　6、收火，出鍋。
