  鵝肉與雞蛋相克:同食傷元氣,損脾傷胃。同食嚴重會導緻死亡。傷腎髒,容易使人生熱病發燒。鵝肉簡介:鵝肉性平、味甘、歸脾、肺經。具有益氣補虛、和胃止渴、止咳化痰,等作用。适宜身體虛弱,氣血不足,營養不良之人食用。凡經常口渴、乏力、氣短、食欲不振者,可常喝鵝湯,吃鵝肉,可補充營養,還可以治療和預防咳嗽病症,尤其對治療感冒和急慢性氣管炎、老年浮腫、治肺氣腫有良效。特别适合在冬季進補。鵝肉鮮嫩松軟,清香不膩,以煨湯居多,也可熏、蒸、烤、燒、醬、糟等。鵝肉炖蘿蔔、鵝肉炖冬瓜等,都是秋冬養陰的良菜佳肴。
