  1、食材:牛排200克、精鹽10克、花椒粉5克、胡椒粉5克、生抽10克、洋蔥50克。牛排用清水洗淨,撈出控幹水分,洋蔥洗淨切條。

  2、在洗好的牛排中加入鹽、胡椒粉、花椒粉、洋蔥條、生抽。

  3、最後充分攪拌均勻腌制即可。
