花仁豆腐幹

花生仁250克,五香豆腐幹250克。花椒油适量,味精少許,蔥白适量。

鐵鍋裡加精鹽、生花生仁中火烘焙3-5分鐘後關火繼續翻炒1-2分鐘,鏟出篩去精鹽,花生仁冷卻後,以雙手輕輕揉搓,吹去花生仁外衣。

豆腐幹切成花生仁大小的顆粒,蔥白切成細粒;精鹽、花椒油、味精拌入花生仁。
