用背闊肌的收縮力量将身體往上拉起,将頭至于單杠前,試着用後頸碰橫杠。靜止一秒鐘,使背闊肌徹底收縮。

然後逐漸放松背闊肌,讓身體徐徐下降,直到回複完全下垂,重複再做。
