食材:鲅魚300g、料酒适量、鹽适量、生粉适量。

制作步驟

鲅魚去内髒洗淨待用,魚切寸斷,用料酒、鹽腌制15分鐘以上(去腥),然後沾上生粉,要裹勻,熱鍋入油,燒熱,将魚塊放入,轉小火慢煎、至一面定型微黃後,翻面煎熟就好。
