豆腐入油鍋，煎制兩面金黃，倒出餘油，留煎好的豆腐在鍋内，加入水、生抽、老抽、糖，煮約5分鐘至豆腐入味，最後加入韭菜，加雞精。
韭菜一變軟就可關火，裝盤上桌。
