  1、準備材料:幹筍200g,用水泡發,最好提前一晚泡發。将肉切好,用肥瘦搭配。青椒切碎,蒜切成末。

  2、肥肉先放入鍋中煸出油後,放入蒜末煸香後放入瘦肉翻炒,翻入适量的鹽和醬油,醬油上色。放入泡好的幹筍翻炒。

  3、再次放入青椒和蒜末翻炒。翻炒2分鐘後放入水焖出,幹筍不容易入味,将水煮後,味道才能融入其中。
