黃油煎蝦仁步驟

  1、蝦背部開邊,由頭至尾開徹底一點;

  2、開中小火,把一小塊黃油放進平底鍋内,趁着黃油溶化時把黃油在整個鍋底塗勻;

  3、把蝦的背部打開,一隻一隻地背朝下平鋪在鍋裡,煎到背部的肉熟為止;

  4、把所有蝦翻到一個側面,煎到那一面熟為止。這期間在蝦肉上撒上鹽和黑胡椒末,再翻到另一個側面,煎熟即可。
