素炒豆渣的做法

  1、豆渣用紗布包好,壓1小時去水份,再用炒鍋幹炒約5分鐘備用。

  2、紅蘿蔔、豌豆、黑木耳洗淨切絲備用。

  3、鍋中加入1大湯匙油後,再将作法2的紅蘿蔔絲、黑木耳絲及豆芽略為翻炒後,加入全部的調味料炒到湯汁快收幹時,再加入白芝麻、碗豆絲及豆渣,略為拌炒即可。
