1、打開電腦，按Windows +R鍵，彈出運行界面，輸入。
2、輸入dpedit。msc從命令行按下回車鍵（enter鍵）。
3、然後，就會彈出本地組策略編輯器，選擇計算機配置下的管理模版進去。
4、再選擇網絡下的Qos數據包計劃程序。
5、然後找到預留帶寬的限制并選擇，左邊就會彈出，可以查看詳情。
6、右鍵點擊限制可以保留帶寬，或者雙擊限制可以保留帶寬在，下面的限制可以保留帶寬設置彈出界面，選擇啟用，然後将帶寬限制設置為0位，最後點擊應用，來測試網絡速度，真的提高了很多。
