  1、将牛腱子清洗幹淨。

  2、将醬油均勻的淋在牛肉上,蓋上保鮮膜,隔夜冷藏。

  3、鍋中加水,水沒過牛肉2公分,大火煮開,撇去浮沫。

  4、加入香料、甜面醬、洋蔥、姜片、豆腐乳,微沸狀态,焖煮2小時。

  5、加鹽,攪拌均勻。

  6、用錫紙包裹,放入冰箱冷藏4-5小時。

  7、切片裝盤即可食用。
