  1、清炒豆苗方法一:豆苗、姜絲、蒜末、鹽、香油、糖、雞精各适量。豆苗摘去硬莖,洗淨隔幹水。熱鍋下油,将姜絲放進去煸朝炒,用猛火炒豆苗至軟身,下鹽、雞精、蒜末、糖兜勻,出鍋前淋上少許香油即可。

  2、清炒豆苗方法二:豌豆苗500克,精鹽2.5克,味精2克,素油75克。豆苗摘除老葉洗淨,瀝去水。炒鍋置旺火上,加油燒至七成熱,将豆苗、鹽、味精同時下鍋,一邊用筷子撥動,一邊轉動颠翻炒鍋,快速炒至嫩熟出鍋即成。
