  1、魚肉馬蹄水餃

  2、原料:魚肉150克,豬肉50克,水餃皮200克,馬蹄,青菜,紅蘿蔔适量

  3、魚肉去皮和刺,剁成泥,馬蹄去皮洗淨剁成泥

  4、将魚肉泥,豬肉末,馬蹄末,青菜末,胡蘿蔔末,蔥花混合拌勻,加入鹽,油,白糖調味

  5、取餃子皮,包入适量魚肉馬蹄餡,再将面皮對折,捏花邊,成餃子生坯。

  6、鍋中放入适量水燒沸,下入餃子煮熟即可。
