  1、準備材料:山楂 12顆、糖 20g、水 100ml、芝麻 若幹、竹簽 3根。

  2、首先把準備好的山楂用清水洗淨。放入蒸鍋,蓋上蓋子,蒸熟。然後穿上竹簽,包上保鮮膜。使用案闆壓住山楂串,用手把山楂串按扁。撒上準備好的芝麻,然後往鍋内放水和冰糖,用鏟子拌勻,小火煮化。

  3、放入壓扁的山楂串,裹勻糖漿。放盤中進行冷卻,冷卻好後就做好了。
