1、焊接時手需要保持平穩燒焊，雙臂一定要夾緊，已免抖動，這樣焊才能均勻漂亮。
2、焊接時一般是采取之字型和圓點型來燒焊，使焊出來的焊縫紋路更清淅。
3、燒焊時，焊條與鐵闆保持45度夾角，有利于鐵水的均勻分布，燒出來的焊才光滑。進行仰焊操作時由于鐵水容易掉落，故需采取點焊形式，這樣燒接會更加牢固。
