  1、食材:年糕250g、大蒜5g、番茄醬10ml、糖3g、辣椒粉2.5g。

  2、冷凍年糕沸水下鍋煮5-6分鐘。

  3、年糕盛出來,大蒜切片。然後把番茄醬,糖和辣椒粉按照黃金比例——番茄醬:糖:辣椒粉=4:4:1準備好,再加一些辣白菜。

  4、鍋中下油,将大蒜片煸香。

  5、加入調配好的醬料翻炒一下。

  6、将年糕放入鍋中,翻炒一會兒。加一小勺水,煨一會兒,起鍋裝盤。
