1、首次使用時，将冰袋注水口處封口打開，根據水位線注入清水（不要超過2/3處或最大注水量）。
2、排出冰袋内的空氣，輕捏封口即可閉合。
3、數秒鐘後，冰袋内材料和清水融合反應成啫喱狀，此時冰袋内材料不會通過注水口反向流出，但請勿用力擠壓或與銳利物品接觸。
4、将準備好的冰袋放入冰箱冷凍室内冷凍成塊狀。
