  1、面粉加溫水和酵母和成面團并适當醒面。

  2、用擀面杖把面團擀成均勻面片,反複折疊并切成條。

  3、切好的面條入鍋煮熟即可。

  4、材料,用量全蛋2隻普通面粉500g鹽一小撮水适量,手工面條。冷水和面,面用普通面粉就好,不要用高筋粉。
