韓國泡菜的腌制方法和配料

蘿蔔泡菜

  主料:長白蘿蔔、胡蘿蔔;

  調料:醋精、糖、鹽、幹紅辣椒;

  做法:

  1.将蘿蔔刮去外皮,洗淨後用開水燙一下,瀝幹水分,切成園薄片;

  2.将350ml涼開水與适量醋精兌成浸泡液(酸度與現成的米醋相仿),加入鹽、糖,調制成适口即可,放入有蓋的容器中;

  3.将切好的蘿蔔、辣椒幹倒入浸泡液中,蓋上蓋放冷藏室,二天後即可食用,這樣可以存放一個星期。

  特點: 爽口開胃,是很好的開胃菜。
