  1、用料:鮮蝦500克、姜1塊、生抽2勺、香油1小勺、大蒜2瓣、料酒2毫升、鹽1勺。

  2、蝦剪去蝦腳、蝦須、蝦槍,用一根牙簽在大蝦背部第二節處挑出蝦線。

  3、炒鍋坐水燒開,放入3大勺料酒,再把切姜片放入鍋中燒開。

  4、鍋裡水再次沸騰後,放入明蝦,攪拌。
