  1、将新鮮豬肉切成長條狀,将鹽、花椒均勻地擦在肉上。

  2、然後把肉放入腌制容器,用手壓緊後蓋上蓋子密封。在初次上鹽24小時,腌肉滲出血水時再次将鹽抹在肉上。

  3、上過鹽後,每2-3天将肉上下調換一次,約10天左右即可腌制完成。
