1、椰子倒出裡面的椰汁,把椰子放入冰箱冷凍3個小時以上,之後用布裹着椰子,用力把殼摔破開。

2、用刀把外層的殼慢慢撬開要溫柔點弄,不然果肉會弄得很碎)。

3、最後用鋒利的刀才把褐色的皮削掉就可以吃了,椰肉越嚼越有香,椰肉可以煲雞湯。
