魚餅煮蘿蔔竅門

  1、蘿蔔去皮切片、蔥香菜切碎、蒜姜剁碎,燒熱鍋倒入适量橄榄油,将魚肉放入鍋,用鍋鏟弄平像煎餅一樣煎香一邊,再翻過來煎另一面,然後盛起。

  2、将煎好的魚餅切塊,燒熱鍋倒入适量橄榄油,倒入蒜姜爆香,倒入蘿蔔大火炒。

  3、注入适量熱水,蓋上鍋蓋焖數分鐘,焖到蘿蔔軟爛,調入适量鹽、白糖、胡椒粉。

  4、再将煎好的魚餅加入,攪拌均勻,倒入少許芝麻油、勾生粉芡,加入蔥香菜,翻炒均勻即可熄火。
