1、蝦剁泥,絞肉;

2、香菇泡水切丁;

3、冬菜泡水切碎,馬蹄切碎,蔥切碎;

4、以上拌上勁攪拌成餡,放澱粉、雞蛋白、鹽、胡椒粉、糖、香油、雞精調味均勻;

5、大蘿蔔刨成大片,用鹽水泡軟後,包入餡,放碗裡上鍋大火蒸8分種;

6、之後把碗裡的汁倒在鍋裡,勾玻璃欠,倒在蘿蔔卷上即可。
