  1、主料:鱿魚幹、油、鹽糖味精。

  2、配料:辣椒粉、孜然粉、胡椒粉、蚝油。

  3、先将鱿魚幹放在熱水裡泡五到八分鐘,洗幹淨,濾幹水。

  4、将鱿魚撕成絲,放入油、醬油、辣椒粉、孜然粉、胡椒粉、蚝油,充分抓勻。

  5、把拌好的鱿魚絲放到微波爐裡烤一分鐘後,翻一下,再烤一分鐘,多次翻動,烤制,以自己的喜歡的硬度來定。
