  粵菜豬生腸的兩種處理方式:

  1、豬生腸用水加入适量廣東米酒浸泡15分鐘,沖洗幹淨,下鍋焯水之後過涼水,瀝幹水分備用。

  2、生腸加鹽加些酒搓洗,清洗幹淨的生腸斬成兩寸長段,中間斬兩連根刀,斬切好後再放些鹽搓洗,生腸還要瀝幹水分備用。
