  1、雞腿肉,熱情果,芒果,鱿魚,鱿魚墨囊,洋蔥碎,蒜末甜椒粉,鹽,胡椒适量。

  2、把雞腿肉用刀剁碎後根據個人喜好調味,再與洋蔥碎和蒜末拌勻搓成圓球後下油鍋炸熟備用。

  3、鱿魚須洗淨,烤熟備用。将鱿魚墨囊的墨汁擠出,然後兌入适量的水燒開保溫。

  4、芒果榨汁後與熱情果汁一同在平底鍋燒開,然後把雞肉丸和烤熟的鱿魚放入,再煮至水分收幹一半。

  5、整齊碼放上盤,再把墨汁湯淋在上面即可。
