1、殺魚先要戴一副護袖保護一下，将魚放平整，去掉魚身上的一層魚鱗，可以用刀背去魚鱗。
2、去掉一邊的魚鱗後，再将另一邊的魚鱗也用刀去掉。
3、劃開魚的肚子，将魚的内髒拿出來，注意不要把魚膽劃破，将魚鰓全部去除，一條魚就殺好了。
