1、準備好活鲫魚2斤。

2、洗淨,去腮,淨腸。

3、蔥姜切碎、料酒、醬油、鹽、五香粉腌制一會。

4、沾幹粉入油鍋炸,炸好備用。

5、蔥姜蒜、幹辣椒、花椒煸炒出香味;加醋、糖、醬油、料酒、鹽,再加水煮開。

6、放魚,先大火後小火慢慢炖,直至把湯汁收幹。
