  1、茶炒飯材料:茶葉1大匙、雞蛋4個、鹽和胡椒粉各少許,蟹罐頭肉150克、蔥、茶渣40克、冷飯1碗、色拉油4匙、青豌豆。

  2、将蟹肉從罐頭中取出,去除軟骨,将肉準備好備用。

  3、雞蛋在大碗中打散,加入茶葉及鹽攪拌,鍋中放入2大匙色拉油加熱,雞蛋炒至半熟程度盛出。

  4、将鍋中剩餘的油和蟹肉及冷飯、茶渣炒熱,放入鹽及胡椒粉調味。

  5、将半熟的雞蛋倒回,全部再炒一遍最後淋上醬油及酒少許,再撒上熟青豌豆點綴即成。
