  1、鍋中燒開水,将魔芋絲焯燙一下,撈出放入冷開水中過涼。

  2、黃瓜洗淨,切成絲,将切好的黃瓜絲擺在盤子底部,魔芋絲瀝幹水擺在黃瓜絲上面。

  3、小米椒切碎、小蔥切碎、大蒜切末.取一個容器,加入切好的小米椒,蔥,蒜放入。

  4、再加入油辣子,生抽,米醋,白糖,鹽,2勺冷開水,拌勻調成醬汁。

  5、淋上調好的醬汁,在撒上一勺白芝麻即可。
