  1、紅酒燴牛尾,紅酒燴羊排,紅酒燴小章魚,紅酒炖雞,紅酒炖排骨,紅酒燴雞翅等。

  2、排骨洗淨,焯水瀝幹,加入少許鹽和雞精,腌一會兒,最後用廚房紙拭去排骨表面水分。

  3、熱油鍋,将排骨入油鍋炸,炸至表面金黃上色,炸完一面,再炸另一面。

  4、倒入紅酒,再淋上六月鮮原汁醬油,炒勻,讓排骨均勻上色,燒開。
