  1、鹹菜,腩肉,姜片,蔥段,蒜末,辣椒1根,生抽,鹽。

  2、将鹹菜洗淨,切小段,腩肉切片,備好姜片,蔥段,蒜末(還加了1根辣椒)。

  3、将鍋中放少量油,7成熱時,下肉片煸炒,煎至肉片出油時,放蔥、姜、蒜,炒出香味,接着放鹹菜,略微翻炒,放生抽,鹽調味,加入少量水,焖5分鐘,出鍋。
